Advisory, inside existing relationships
Advisory works best when we already share an understanding of the challenge and how we work together. It usually follows a cohort or an engagement with a client who already knows the work. If we have not worked together yet, the best place to start is a speaking engagement or AIR APAC's free level-one programme.
The two formats
Executive alignment
AI adoption stalls when leadership teams are not aligned. Intensive sessions bring executives together to build shared understanding, surface the disagreements that are actually blocking things, and commit to clear next steps. For leadership teams in an existing advisory or AIR APAC relationship.
Transformation advisory
Ongoing counsel for organisations navigating AI adoption, focused on the decisions AI keeps putting in front of leadership teams.
What this is not
Measurement, assessment and audit work belongs to AIR APAC and follows its published independence rules. I do not sell a personal readiness measure, a score, a diagnostic or an audit, under this name or any other. Those things are published by the institution, under a method you can read, and they are free to the organisation or place measured.
Advisory and training also follow the rule that costs the most: no engagement with an organisation inside an open measurement period, whether that organisation pays or somebody pays on its behalf. Publication reopens eligibility. The rules are at airapac.org/independence.
If you think this applies to you
There is no pricing page and no discovery call to book. If we have worked together and your organisation would benefit from continued support, use contact and share the context and the decisions ahead. We can explore together whether advisory is the right next step.
