What is collected
If you send a speaking enquiry or use the contact form, the fields you complete on that form. The free book preview is a direct download; no name or email address is required to access it.
Why, and on what basis
Enquiries are processed so I can reply to you, which is the reason you sent them.
Where it goes
Enquiries are held in a private workspace used to track conversations and requests. That workspace is outside Singapore, which means personal data is transferred across borders under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, with comparable protection required of the processor by contract. No data is sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Analytics
There is no analytics on this site. No page counter, no cookies, no advertising pixels, and no identifier that follows you between sites. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why there is no consent banner.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for three years so I can pick up a conversation or request where it stopped, then deleted.
Your requests
Write to indhran@indhran.com to see what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I do that within 30 days and I do not ask why.
Who is responsible
Indhran Seghar, Singapore. This site is the personal property of one person and is separate from AIR APAC, which publishes its own policies at airapac.org.
