The book
The Human Layer
What the 5% of AI winners build that everyone else skips
You can choose the right technology and still get the result wrong. I wrote The Human Layer for leaders who need to understand why. It is about the people doing the work, the judgment they use and the conditions that let an AI rollout last.
At twenty-nine, I delivered 241 per cent sales growth at Electrolux. Within the year, I was dismissed because the result had broken the team that produced it. That experience is why I do not treat a good number as proof that everything is working.
I’ve finished the 416-page book, for the AIR APAC imprint. Publication to be announced.
I’m writing my next book about when to follow AI, when to say no and how to stand behind what you decide.
