His 25-year career across Asia Pacific, the UK, the US and Australia includes HSBC Global Resourcing, service transformation for 33,000 front-line employees and 10 million customers. At twenty-nine he grew sales at Electrolux 241 per cent and, he says, was dismissed within the year. He wrote The Human Layer (publication to be announced). He spoke at SEOCON Jakarta 2023, PIKOM and INSEAD Malaysia.

At HSBC Global Resourcing, from 2005 to 2008, his work covered service transformation for 33,000 front-line employees and 10 million customers. He was Chief Marketing Officer at entomo from 2018 to 2020. At twenty-nine he grew sales at Electrolux by 241 per cent. By his own account, he was dismissed within the year, because the result had broken the team that produced it. He uses that story to make one point: results are not the same as progress.

He speaks and writes on how people decide with AI. In his own words: “AI can draft the plan. It cannot decide whether the plan is right.” He wrote The Human Layer (publication to be announced), and a second book, on deciding with AI, is in progress. He has spoken at SEOCON Jakarta 2023, PIKOM and INSEAD Malaysia.
