Guided exercises and discussion to practise checking assumptions, questioning an answer and assigning responsibility.

For a team that needs more time to apply the ideas and compare approaches.
More time for exercises, discussion of work examples and identifying how participants will apply what they have learned.
Panels, moderation and keynote plus workshop packages are quoted to an agreed scope. Larger workshop groups or additional sessions need a separate proposal.

You receive the full scope and total price before confirming. Any additional work or cost requires your agreement.
Included in the session fee
- A briefing conversation to understand your audience, context and intended outcomes.
- Normal preparation and tailoring of the agreed topic, examples and delivery.
- The agreed session, with discussion or Q&A planned within its delivery time.
- For workshops, exercises and participant materials for the agreed group size.
We specify any slides, handouts or session summary to be shared in the proposal.
Agreed separately
- Travel from Singapore, accommodation and local transport, where needed.
- Applicable taxes.
- Extensive original content development, extra sessions or work beyond normal preparation.
- Recording, replay, distribution and reuse rights.
Additional preparation or follow-up agreed outside the standard scope is US$750 per hour. We agree the work and number of hours before it starts.
Booking process
From enquiry to the session.
- Send the event details. Share the date, location or online format, audience, group size and the decision or question you want to address.
- Agree the fit and scope. We discuss the topic and format. I send a written proposal with inclusions, any additional costs and the total price.
- Confirm the booking. The proposal sets out payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms. Your date is secured once the written agreement and its payment requirements are completed. An enquiry alone does not reserve it.
- Prepare together. We hold the briefing conversation and confirm the programme, examples, logistics and materials.
- Deliver the session. Any further work is scoped and agreed separately.

Common booking questions
Why is a keynote priced differently from a day of training?
The fee reflects the format, preparation, audience and work involved. A keynote fee is not an hourly rate multiplied by stage time. The workshop fees cover the agreed delivery time and group size.
Can we record or stream the session?
Tell me how you want to use the recording or stream, who can access it and for how long. Live streaming, recording and replay rights need written agreement and may affect the total price.
Do you offer concessions?
Limited concessions for associations, non-profit programmes and member-city convenings are considered individually. Tell me about your programme and budget when you enquire.
Can we book hourly advice?
The US$750 hourly rate is for separately agreed preparation or follow-up connected to an engagement. Advisory remains available within existing relationships.
Is this software training?
The core sessions focus on judgment, decisions and responsibility when people use AI. Workshops include practical exercises. If you need instruction in a particular tool, tell me so we can establish whether I am the right fit.
